Return Policy

You may exchange for a replacement or your item(s) may be returned for refund in the original payment form for the merchandise price when shipped within 14 days of delivery. Bow & Sprig will cover the shipping for the return if product arrives damaged or incorrect. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund will be issued. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender.
